Any personal details you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order and will not be passed to third parties.   This is a secure web-site using Paypal, your card details are encrypted when ordering.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods you purchase please return them within 14 days, in a saleable condition in the original packaging, stating why you are dissatisfied with them and we will refund the purchase price.

How do I order?

Click on your type of celebration from the Category list on the left-hand side.  For example, Christening Party.  Choose from the sub-category (if there is one) eg. “Pink”, “Blue” or “All” to view that product range.  To view other themes, click on the Category list again.

When you find a product you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button under the picture.  The item will be added to your cart.  You fill in the quantity later 

Keep adding all the items you require to your cart by clicking on the "Add more" button below. 

When you have added all the items to your cart change the quanties you require and click on "update".

When your order is complete, click on “Checkout”. 

The message "Thank you for your order" will be displayed. 

Click on the Paypal Logo or "click here" continue to payment screen.

If you have a Paypal Account simply log in and continue.  

If you don't have a Paypal Account click on "continue" just above the Credit/Debit Card pictures and enter your details.

     

An E-mail confirming your order has been received by us will automatically be sent to you.  If you do not receive it, your e-mail address may have been incorrect or there is a problem with the phone line.  Please contact us if you do not receive any confirmation.

 

Once your order has been processed you will receive a further e-mail letting you know your delivery is on its way to you.

When will I receive my goods?

Your parcel will usually be packed and dispatched the same or next working day, following receipt of your order.  Any out-of-stock items can normally be restocked within 3 working days.  If we cannot get your order out to you within 3 days, we will notify you.  

How do I know if my items are in stock

Most items are in stock all the time.  If our stock is getting low, we try to indicate the number of units in stock at the end of the item description.   

Where do you deliver to, how much is delivery?

The delivery charge is to the UK only.   We are happy to quote for European delivery, please contact us before ordering.  WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE USA.  PAID ORDERS FROM THE USA WILL BE REFUNDED, LESS £1 TO COVER THE ADMINISTRATION COST OF THE REFUND.

   

There is a standard UK postage and packaging charge of £3.85. 

  

Orders Less than 500g  

 

If your order is made up of lightweight items, such as balloons or confetti, weighing less than 500g when packed and can be sent as a "Large Letter", we can refund some of the postage costs, up to a maxium of £1.30.

 

  

Orders 500g - 1 kg

We use 1st Class Packets and obtain a certificate of posting. 

 

 

1kg and over

These will be sent 2nd Class letter post taking 2-3 days.   

 

 

1.5kg and over

Parcels over 1.5kg will be sent by parcel post 3-5 days.  Most orders weigh less than this, but some containing plates do.  

 

 

Special Delivery

If your goods are urgent, add special delivery at an additional cost of £2 for lightweight items under 500g or £3.50 for goods 1-2kg.   You will find a Special Delivery Category from the main tool bar.  Please note we cannot send goods over 2kg by special delivery.

 

Important

Please bear in mind whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver as quoted above, delivery is not guaranteed and it is recommended you allow up to 14 days.  We cannot be responsible for late receipt of parcel's due to Royal Mail's failure.  Parcels not received on time should be refused and "returned to sender", upon receipt we will arrange a refund via Paypal for the goods only, we do not refund postage.   If you need a guaranteed service Special Delivery can be added from the Special Delivery Category on the main tool bar. 

How do I return damaged goods?

In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, we will let you know how to proceed.
